Initiate Your Request

Log into your Carrera account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
